The Studio is a converted Victorian building situated at Evesham Railway Station, Worcestershire. Tastefully decorated, providing a calm and relaxing atmosphere for you to enjoy the mind body experience.
It is dedicated to the promotion of health, well being, vitality and better quality of life through either group or personal training sessions for all levels of fitness and age groups.
Offering a unique environment and service the studio is equipped with Technogym's Kinesis ™ Wall - a complete body conditioning system that will inspire you to increase your level of physical activity.
We can provide Group Training or Personal Training for both Pilates & Kinesis for young, old or in fact, any age group. We cater for all fitness requirements, but specialise in back care programs for anyone with a history of back problems, those recovering from surgery, or anyone having sustained a back injury.
